What you do

You are part of a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for developing, testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product
You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture
You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow into leadership position
You ensure high-quality maintainable code with code reviews, CI/CD and agile development processes
You help in managing our cloud environments, including AWS and CI/CD

Who you are

You have 4y+ technical experience in backend development and building APIs
You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
You have good understanding of Docker, AWS and services around it
You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them
You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
You have experience with distributed teams as a plus
